CCFSD adheres to the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB)’s “Socially Responsible Investment Guidelines” for Catholic institutions and individuals. These investment principles focus in the following areas:

Our responsibility as followers of Christ is to ensure that we sustain and grow Jesus' ministry here on earth. "Give and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over'' (Luke 6:38). At CCFSD, stewardship reflects our recognition that all we possess ultimately belongs to God, and we are called to manage and safeguard these resources with wisdom, integrity, and generosity.

Oversight
The CCFSD Board of Trustees, facilitated by the Executive Committee, governs all operations and actions by the Foundation.
The Finance & Investment Committee oversees asset allocation and diversification, risk management, investment manager selection, and faith-consistent investing.

Transparency
The Audit Committee facilitates the yearly preparation of IRS Form 990 and audited financial statements, ensuring compliance to all legal requirements of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
