St. Patrick Catholic Parish Estate & Planned Giving Seminar

Morning Session: 10 am- 12 noon OR
Evening Session: 6 – 8 pm
The public is welcome to attend this 2-hour gathering, which will provide you with information on how to best establish or update your Will or Trust, avoid probate and ensure that your wishes and desires are carried out the way you intend. We will also explain the recent changes in tax law, which can help reduce or avoid income or capital gains taxes along with various ways you are able to donate cash and non-cash gifts to charitable organizations, such as your parish or school, and provide immediate tax benefits and income to you and your family members.
The presenters are well-established Estate Attorneys and Financial Planners. During the seminar, you will be given a certificate to take advantage of a complimentary review of your current Estate Plan or complimentary assistance in creating a Will or Trust. These consultations will be scheduled for a future date.
