The Catholic Community Foundation of San Diego is excited to present our Estate and Legacy Planning (Planned Giving) seminar to the the parish communities at St. James of Solana Beach and St. Pius X of Chula Vista.  As a faith-filled Catholic, you will understand that there is an easy and more practical way to Create Your Legacy by making Planned Gifts to family members, individuals and organizations that you love.

The public is welcome to attend these gatherings, which will provide you with information on how to best establish or update your Will or Trust, avoid probate, ensure that your wishes and desires are carried out the way you intend.  Also presented will be recent changes in tax law which can help reduce or avoid income or capital gains taxes along with various ways you are able to donate cash and non-cash gifts to charitable organizations, such as your parish or school, which can provide immediate tax benefits while providing income to you or your family members.  The presenters are well-established Estate Attorneys and Financial Planners.  During the seminar, you will be provided with a certificate to take advantage of a complimentary review of your current Estate Plan or complimentary assistance in creating a Will or Trust.  These consultations will need to be scheduled for a future date.
